We're on a road trip and this was our 7th stop but it's definitely the best. Pia was friendly, very helpful and made a great breakfast, including freshly baked bread. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and felt spacious, the view on the fjord was beautiful. The room had an odd window that I hadn't seen before that folds out to make a small balcony where there was just a slanted ceiling/wall. Also some of the best wifi we found. We originally chose the location because we wanted to go to Odense but we ended up really liking the nearby town, Kerteminde, and spent some time there.

Even though the hotel is located very close to a busy road, it was a very pleasant stay without overwhelming traffic noise. On the first day, the staff was very welcoming and were taking great care of the guests. I felt very welcome. The location has a great seaside view. The rooms are at the back of the building, so you will not be bothered by any noise from the road or the inn/restaurant (there was quite a party going on while I was staying, but my room was perfectly quiet). Very good breakfast, served by friendly and attentive staff.
