Absolutely loved this property from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Exactly how it looks on the photos, clean, well equipped, comfy. Private car parking space was much appreciated as was the room for bikes in the basement. Flat is in a very quiet apartment building close to the sea and directly next to a small harbour, with walks along the beach possible in both directions. I stayed as part of a “digital nomading” trip, so I worked from the flat. Wifi was great, and the sea view from the window and balcony really made everything better. Lauterbach is a little off the tourist trail (although that may have been because I was there out of season) but all hikes and tourist attractions were within easy reach by car or with the train from nearby Putbus. Good supermarket is right in the village. Really good for cycling too. I definitely want to come back.

This hotel stands directly beside the harbour in Lauterbach, a 2-minute walk from Lauterbach Mole Train Station. All guests enjoy free parking and a private balcony.

This apartment was fantastic! Active senior father/adult son traveling together. The two-bedroom accommodation is gigantic! Separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms, one with full tub. The bedrooms have large comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen, albeit we mainly used it for breakfast. The dining room is enormous with a large table. The living room is also huge with comfortable sectional sofa and TV. There is a balcony, but only used it for the view. Free parking for our rental car behind the building. I also want to mention a great sauna area, complete with showers, robes, towels and loungers at an extremely low additional charge. We wanted to be in a quieter area than the resort towns of Binz or Sellin, and Lauterbach was wonderful. Apartment is a block away from the small harbor, which is peaceful and quaint. The unit is walking distance to the "Rasender Roland" and the EDEKA supermarket is close by. At the end of busy and active days, it was delightful to come home to the apartment.
