I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

The amazing view is worth all the money. The apartament is spacious, equipped with everything you might need, good tv and WiFi. There was coffee, tea, milk, jam, bread waiting for us. The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).
