Our family (2 adults, 4 kids, and a dog) had an amazing time at the lodge. The location was beautiful with spectacular views of the valley. Linda and Ronald were great hosts. Very helpful and attentive in every way. We liked how well-appointed the lodge was. Two spacious bedrooms and a cozy kitchen studio with an eating area and living space. The bedrooms had beds with the most comfortable mattresses we had at a rental, we slept like babies. The attention to detail was exceptional, including down-filled comforters, and top-of-the-line bed linens. The kitchen was equipped with everything we would ever need. High-quality appliances, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, TV with Netflix subscription. Some board games to entertain in the evening. There was a ski room at the ground level with ski racks and very effective ski boot dryers. The whole guest area was thought through and well executed. There was also a waterfall at the end of the property which our kids loved to visit and play with. To top it all off, Linda is a physiotherapist, she runs the business next door, and after a busy day, we could schedule a 60-minute massage. What else could you ask for?

We had lovely stay in this brand new apartment in the house of Ronald and Linda. Since the beginning the communication with our hosts was excellent - we received clear info and super warm welcome! The property itself is well equipped and furnished in stylish way. It is located around few minutes by car to the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The views from property were outstanding - just as on the pictures! We highly recommend the stay with Ronald and Linda - they made us feel truly at home!

The house owners are very hospitable. Apartments has huge balcony/terrace and superb view for it. Apartmens are freshly renovated including kitchen facilities. Very quite place. Appartments has 3 wc/showers. Close distance to skiing slopes or lake.

Very nice and helpful owner, who explained everything regarding apartment and advised where to go for skiing with kids. Also recommended local restaurants. Whole stay was very good and I recommend this apartment, which is equipped in everything what is needed

With one word: SUPER APARTMENT. Beautiful view from more than a 1000 meter high mountain. There is everything what you want for a vacation or even more, lot of space, rooms, bathroom, kitchen with champagne, lot of fruits and with chocolate. We have been traveling more than 10 years, but this apartment is in the top 3. Big thank you for Somone and Marcus for these wonderful days here. If you want to tour defenitely walk up to the tower's height. (About a hour) You wont regret it, the about 700 meter high valley's view with two lakes will be in your memory for a life time.
