Lovely home, very pretty house and garden, some lovely decor. Family were very pleasant. It is very convenient for the old city and very close to a top French resteraunt. Breakfast was very good, order coffee and you get tea as well. There is a great bakery just round the corner, croissant and coffee there. Good top floor balcony. A bit out of town but the grab taxis never took more than 5 minutes to arrive going in or out, and they cost virtually nothing so the quiet location was worth the taxi ride.

We stayed in the Lake View room and it was lovely, especially seeing the daily lives of those living around the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry services were available and the host did an amazing job with our clothes. The homestay is within walking distance to the Imperial City as well as a local market. Great food options in the area. Some of the best spots were in hidden alleys. The homestay is also near a great corner cafe, tasty bánh mì, and an excellent barber. The host for this homestay was so incredibly sweet! It was a joy to interact with her and her visitors. Yes, there is a language barrier, but I'm not sure where most of the reviewers think they are traveling to. You'd think they were going to the UK or Canada with how much English they expect everyone to speak. Folks, you're in Vietnam and there are plenty of translation apps!

The location is super close to the imperial city. The room was spacious, clean and modern. We had a queen sized bad each. Water pressure was good. They also arranged a taxi for us to go back to the airport.

Great location, 1-2 minute walk to ‘walking street’ where lots of restaurants are. Also good location to other attractions. Clean, comfortable, friendly & helpful hosts who booked our bus & made a tasty early breakfast for us before hand.

Staff at the property were super helpful couldn’t have done anymore if they tried. Room was a delight and the pool was stunning. It was a bit out of town he me and my partner enjoyed the separation from the noise and traffic.
