Boasting rooftop pool, Kings House Apec Condotel Phú Yên is set on the beachfront in Tuy Hoa. The property features mountain and city views, and is 1.5 km from Tuy Hoa Beach. We loved this place. Very clean, great view and the beds were comfy(two Queen beds in room). Good clean and functional bathroom with shower screen. Small kitchen, wardrobe space, desk and draws. Close to small shopping centre that has a supermarket. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The hosts were fantastic even with their limited English they went way beyond the call of duty. They sent us detailed message of our check in procedure, offered a two day itinerary of tourist places to see, listed a number local foods to try, organised transport for us and even took us to the train station. Really lovely caring hosts. They were always quick to respond to any request or enquires.

The parking lot: apartment guests have to pay an extra 30k VND/day for overnight parking (motorbike).

I loved this cozy homestay because of the kindness of the staff. They really made us feel comfortable and agreed to change our room when we asked, as it was really small for the two of us, our luggage and the fact that I had injured my ankle and was too risky for me. they also offered a room on the ground floor with independent entrance but we preferred a double queen mattress on the first floor that was bright, roomy and private. Blossom is also located in a cute and quiet corner of Tuy Hoa, at a walking distance to the beach (clean and with a few cafés and restaurants) and not far from the city centre. The staff will do their best to help us out with everything we needed and made a big effort to communicate with us besides the language gap.
