Beautiful decor, just like the pictures. Nice lighting. Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

I booked a Mika homestay as I wanted to stay away from the old quarter and see the real alley of Vietnam. I hadn't expected the homestay to be that beautiful honestly but it just exceeded my expectations. It was super cozy and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and soft and I couldn't leave by just staying one night so I extended my stay. The host, Ms. Mika, will definitely be in my Hanoi's best memory. She is so very hospitable and friendly. She added beauty in my stay. Instructions are clearly written and mentioned in the room so you wouldn't need to worry even if she is not around. Things to do/places to visit are clearly mentioned in their insta page. Lots of eateries nearby. Will definitely check in on my next visit.

The hotel is brand new - so the high quality furnishing and standard is at its best. The lady at the reception, Lily, did an exceptional job going above and beyond to help us with planning our travel. She was always very honest and could draw from her long-year experience as a tour guide herself. She was also very caring of my husband, who got sick on the flight and she tried her best ro help us. The location is great - in an ally in the center but still quiet enough for s good night's sleep.
