One of the most the well thought of from a features and decor point of view places I have ever stayed at. This place is fantastic if you want something away from the noise of Old Quarter but still want to get to it. I highly recommend taking a Lake View apartment since the view is stellar. Also great is the facilities, Washing machine / Dryer on every floor, Netflix on the TVs, Most appliances you would need for a longer stay. VERY Highly recommend if looking for a quiet place in Hanoi.

The location in the old quarter is very convenient too, just a short walk to the lake, food stalls and markets. Room was good and looked like the pictures, it had everything I needed. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
