The eleventh star (if there is one) I would give the host and the best staff we have ever met. They do everything they can to help, they take care of genuine honesty and friendliness for their customers (the owner said he wanted guests to leave the resort comfortably, so he will do everything he can to make the tourists happy). We wanted to stay longer, but there was no time left.

Host was lovely, super helpful and always working hard. Beds were comfy, and the breakfast was nice. I was also lucky to meet some of nicest coolest travelers here. Overall, amazing value!

What a stunning location. The deck and bougainvilleas and limestone cliffs are just phenomenal. With hand gestures and google translate, the live-in hosts Ha and Ling will try their very best attend to your requests. There are SUPs and Kayaks to use for free and although the weather was bad we kayaked around the islands through the fishing village and it was just incredible to see. The owner Thang is responsive and will assist in arranging boats, pick ups, water taxis etc. He joined us for dinner one evening and shared stories of life in Vietnam and his story of how he built this home. We had the room with the shared bathroom and it was never an issue that the bathroom was occupied etc. I would recommend you take with your own snacks (breakfast & lunch was included for our stay) as you can’t easily get to a shop. There are loads of different chill areas on the deck.

The couple who ran the hotel were so friendly.. speak very soft and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, all brand new and modern. Spacious rooms. Fyi, pictures took when we checked out. When we insisted on giving tips, the lady gave us water for our bus trip to ninh bhin. The location is good. 12 min walk from our daily cruise trip and 3 min walk to bus meeting point. Another plus: they have brand new lift. So I don't need to carry my backpack all the way to 4th floor. Neighborhood is quite (tend to be too quite) so we had a very good rest

Had a great time on the cruise, soaking in the beautiful views! My man Huy was super helpful and informative about the history of Ha Long and Cat Ba. He also helped us arrange the next leg of our trip which saves us a ton of hassle. David was our server for dinner and happy our, he kept our drinks full and smiles on our faces. Giang the receptionist was very helpful and warm. Couldn't have asked for better crew or views highly recommend the M'gloria to anyone who wants to check out ha long bay in style.

Our last trip to Vietnam was 3 days and 2 nights on the elite of the sea. We just wanted to relax on the boat, so we chose this elite of the sea, the most expensive and newest of the many cruising plans. We chose this cruising plan because we wanted to have a memorable time and to be free from stress. DANIEL (we called him by his Vietnamese name NAM) was in charge of us and assisted us throughout the cruise. NAM, who had been in Nagasaki, Japan, could speak a little Japanese and was a kind young man with a very polite and beautiful smile. We asked NAM to take care of everything. When we returned to the ship, NAM greeted us and made us feel at home, and the Vietnamese coffee he specially made for us was delicious and made the start of our day even more special. We also took part in some of the activities on our honeymoon. We were taken kayak and to a private beach. For outside activities, Harry, the customer service representative, attends to all the passengers. His cheerful, friendly, customer-first high level of hospitality was excellent and very educated, as was NAM.They are both very professional and friendly and high hospitality. Halong Bay had more trash than I expected and smelled in some places. But the scenery was amazing and the atmosphere was warm and wonderful as we became friends with the Colombian, Norwegian and Vietnamese couples we had the good fortune to board with for three days. There are many cruises out there, but I don't think you will find a cruise with better facilities, better service, and a more stress-free experience than the elite of the sea. I highly recommend this trip!!!!! Thank you Nam for the best time!!!!!! We will miss you very much!!!

Tran Chau Garden Home ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไป Ben Beo Harbour ได้ใน 5.6 กม. The breakfast very good; coffee, bread and good people around us. The place is beatiful, with a lot of flowers, trees, chickens, cat cat, and the owners lovely people.
