The father owns the hotel and the mom manages the small store at the hotel lobby. Their daughter helps them communicate in English with their guests. Otherwise, we used Google Translate. No big deal at all since the couple are really nice. Our room was super clean and well lit, just the perfect size for three people. Highly recommend this place.

Giang the receptionist was very helpful and warm. Couldn't have asked for better crew or views highly recommend the M'gloria to anyone who wants to check out ha long bay in style.
