This place was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and plenty roomy. We had no issues with parking or finding it or getting in. There are a good number of tasty restaurants within walking distance, a good number of breweries etc as well. My wife liked the furnishings in our room a lot, and my young kids were very happy with the space and the TVs and the bed etc. too. It was very quiet inside the building for us, and we used the carts to load our luggage in and out pretty easily. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Duluth with no fuss or hassle.

Loved that a lot of things were super well stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee even some spices to cook with etc. The streaming services for the tv were amazing! Lots to choose from as far as being able to watch tv when relaxing at night. Just over all a very wonderful place to stay.
