Kilauea House ligger i vulkanen, 18 km fra Kilauea, 45 km fra Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo og 49 km fra University of Hawaii, Hilo. This place is fantastic! I highly highly recommend booking this. The room is fantastic, it has private access, it's spacious, it's cosy, the location couldn't be better for Volcano National Park and to watch the lava in the crater and the it's very good value for money.

Ma'ukele Lodge ligger i Pahoa, tæt på Kaimu Strand og 21 km fra Lava Tree State Monument. Der er balkon med havudsigt, privat strandområde og vandsportsfaciliteter. What a wonderful spot! This place was beautiful: the garden leads out to the ocean, making for a wonderful morning of sunrise and watching the waves roll in. Breakfast was gorgeous: local fruits, pie and the hosts' own cacao nibs. Our room was lovely and our bed was very comfortable. Raven and Mark and fantastic hosts, we learned a lot from them regarding the local area and enjoyed their recommendations. There is a nearby black sand beach which is swimmable (Kehena) and Isaac Hale Recreational Area is a short drive to enjoy the thermal pools. Our hosts provided beach towels, which was really nice! We were lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday night, so we ventured over to Uncle Roberts for the weekly party: it's a 5 -10 minute walk down the street so you can enjoy a mai tai while listening to local bands and eating local food vendors' fare. We spent two nights in the Pahoa area and enjoyed the space very much.

Kona Magic Honu Room har havudsigt og tilbyder indkvartering med terrasse, ca. 1 km fra White Sands Beach Park. Host was very accommodating, had lots of amenities, easy to find.

Coffee Garden ligger i Captain Cook, 6,9 km fra Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park og 7,4 km fra Kealakekua Bay. Der er have og bjergudsigt. We had an amazing time staying at Coffee Garden BnB after a few busy traveling days. It is very quiet and family ran. The hosts are very friendly and warm-hearted. We had an opportunity to relax here and learned more about local living. If you get lucky, you may get up early and help auntie in the garden to pick some fresh fruits. Tastes so good. 😋 This place is close to Kona but less busy. It is also near the famous captain cook monument. We chose to hike down and snorkel there. That's one of the best snorkel places I've snorkelled. I'd highly recommend this BnB to anyone who likes nature and enjoys cottage feel like living. We would come back again.

Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat er en chalet beliggende i vulkanen, 16 km fra Kilauea og 9,6 km fra indgangen til nationalparken Volcano. Der er så meget ro og idyl omkring og i hytten. Du bor midt i junglen - hvilket er fantastisk. Lodgen er utrolig hyggelig, ren, pæn og perfekt indrettet. Og billederne viser slet ikke hvor ren, hyggelig og perfekt hytten er. Der var spil, tegneting til børn og lækre øko/veganske produkter i hytten til fri afbenyttelse, hvilket var rigtig lækkert. Placeringen er også fantastisk ift. at komme rundt på øen.

Iao Valley Inn ligger i Wailuku, 3,2 km fra Iao Valley State Park. Der tilbydes udsigt over floden, gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Great location, and very good accomodations.

Located in Kihei and only 70 metres from Mai Poina Beach, Nona Lani Cottages provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved the warmth of this Family Run Motel and Cottages. The grounds were well maintained and the location right across from the beach and ocean was fabulous! Also the location for easy drives to shopping, restaurants and other sites was great! The beach here is beautiful enabling lengthy walks and swimming/sailboarding etc. Our room was comfortable and clean with a small fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and bathroom shampoo, conditioner etc as well as shared use of a microwave right outside our door, Our porch was ground level enabling easy access to the grounds and quiet space. Great recommends for nearby restaurants and sight-seeing by the family were appreciated. Would loved to have stayed longer!

Exceptional hosts who really make you feel at home! Very good location, walking distance from good restaurants and still in a very quite neighbourhood, you only hear the relaxing sound of the ocean. Very good breakfast!
