Located in centrally Pamukkale, Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel offers an outdoor pool with a sun terrace and a peaceful garden. The guestrooms come with a furnished balcony and pool views. The hotel had such a warm, homely atmosphere! A family run hotel and everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing! The location is great, close to restaurants and the thermal springs. The owner and his brother were always helpful and offered us drinks and watermelon on the house every time they saw us. Pool was lovely as well as the set up in the garden

My stay at Venus hotel was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Room was clean and organized. Sonel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left my cell phone at checkout area and left the hotel. I was already in the minibus on the way to Denizli. Suddenly, a van pulled up and stopped my minivan. The driver was from Venus hotel and was to return my cell phone. Sonel recognized it was my phone and had the driver chasing after my van to return the phone. I would not be able to continue my trip without the cell phone. I was so touched by the kind act! I did call Sonel thanking him. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sonel and the driver!

Special thanks to Ozan who made our trip even better, such a professional who always has a smile on his face and makes you feel like the most important guest. The rest of the team was also very professional and welcoming, everyone made us feel like home even if it was only our home for the week. The hotel has its own beach club which was very nice. The placement of the hotel is perfect, close to all the other bars, restaurants and beaches. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for such an amazing experience!
