This place is a gem. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

An incredible immersion in Tunisia’s culture staying in a family house in which clearly every detailed matter. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, in a dream house surrounded by traditional and contemporary art, and hosted by a super family that is willing to help and to make your staying memorable. I definitely recommend it with my eyes closed!
