Siam Guesthouse ligger knappt 1,8 km från bron över floden Kwai och 2,1 km från Jeath War Museum i Kanchanaburi. Här erbjuds rum med luftkonditionering och eget badrum. It was authentic and clean. There are two night markets in walking distance and there are temples right across it. The breakfast was yummy too. We would go there again.

Jim and her daughter Kate are very generous and helpful hosts. The whole property is clean and beautiful. The rooms were small but comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. They even served us breakfast early at 6am when we needed to leave at 6:30am for hiking. They helped us with bookings whenever we wanted and the rates were reasonable. Overall it was amazing to stay there.

THAIGO Comfort Stay - Private House in Central Kanchanaburi har en utomhuspool, en trädgård och en terrass och erbjuder boende i Kanchanaburi City med gratis WiFi och utsikt över bergen. Peaceful location with awesome views yet only 10 minutes drive from the large town and attractions. The house was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the aircon was efficient in all rooms. Both showers had good flow, and the free toiletries were welcomed. The TV worked well. The kitchen was well equipped for our family, and we were able to either stay in and cook or drive a few minutes to a restaurant. There are huge supermarkets nearby. Parking is easy next to the house. We didn't try the pool, but it looked beautiful and clean. Maybe next time :-). Lastly, it was so nice to wake up to the beautiful views and sounds of the countryside. We were sad to leave.

Location is close to the bridge and everything you need, but still feels like you are outside the city with the green garden surrounding you. Staff is very nice and friendly. Stand up paddle was also so relaxing and so much fun. Highly recommended!
