Honestly the rooms are super beautiful and comfortable the view is superb and breathtaking. I underestimated the weather when i woke up at 5 it was so cold and it was misty. The breakfast really made us happy with the big portion and so scrumptious. Thank you for the hospitality. The staffs and the owner are very kind and beautiful + helpful. I will definitely come again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The accomodation does not have a lobby/reception but that did not stand in the way of service. Communication with the owners goes through telephone/whatsapp. Check-in was easy that way. We arrived too early, around 11:30 but the owners were kind enough to arrange an early check in for us. And we could also arrange an extension of our stay beyond checkout time. The interior design is great in my opinion. It's also nice and clean. The room has all the amineties that are necessary. Big smart TV, nice bathroom with a strong shower, comfy bed. I only checked out the first floor common area but was satisfied with it. There's a machine to get water, a microwave and some food like bread, snacks and coffee. It's at walking distance from 7-11 (3 minutes) and the night bazaar (10 minutes). The rooms are also pretty big. I enjoyed my stay.

The friendliness of the staff was great. Likewise, the accommodation is very comfortable and highly clean.

Super confortable and clean. Room is spaceous and with nice decoration. People was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was really good. Totally recommended!

Sleepy House Chiang Rai er staðsett í Chiang Rai, 1 km frá Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street og 1,4 km frá styttunni af King Mengrai. Very comfortable, minimalistic, Japanese style rooms. Perfect location to move around Chiang Rai. Very friendly staff, cutest kittens in the reception.

Very relaxing and beautiful. Very close to white temple. You can hear the nature sounds from the room. The room is decorated in a pretty and cute way. I highly recommend.
