In a prime location in Chiang Mai, Ruanmata Homestay offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. the family that owns/ lives/ runs this place is lovely! they are always willing to help and even go above and beyond sometimes. the breakfast is abundant and delicious, and is something different each day. the AC in the room worked well, and the hot water was good enough. I had no issues with the wifi either. right next door is a cafe that is ran by the sister and the food is delicious. you can have the room serviced daily if you want. fresh water is always available downstairs. they only have 4 rooms available so it gets booked up quite easily. i tried to stay with them after a quick 2 day trip outside of Chiang Mai, but sadly they don't have rooms available.

Everything was soo nice ! I’ve loved my stay for 3 nights : the owner of guesthouse is very helpful and rapport quality-price is really good 20 min to go from centre but it’s ok for a walk There are some coffee, tea, banana and plates in libre service so you can take food in the city and eat in the garden comfortably I recommande this place 😊

Ideally located in the centre of Chiang Mai, DE LUXE BOUTIQUE & rooftop offers free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The property was almost new and very clean. We could relax and in enjoy the space after a day of sightseeing. The smart TV was great as it made us feel at home. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We loved this please and want to go back.

Located in Chiang Mai, 3.4 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 5.9 km from Chiang Mai Gate, Gumpuju คำปู้จู้ provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. everything was outstanding, the location is not central, notice that, its about 10 minutes by scooter to the central area, but we liked it, since the are and nighbourhood was quit and nice, the room was super clean, and veryyy big, everything was nice looking and new, shower is also very very good and clean, room had a small smoking balcony for smokers, a\c was great, wifi was great, room had fridge and tv , there was really not a single thing missing there. they have a very very nice rooftop to sit and see sunset or just chill, owner is very nice and smiling, helped us find scooter and gave me a lift to the scooter shop. this is really an easy 10\10, we will be back for sure!!

Chiang Mai Mansion 2, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Chiang Mai, 1.8 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, 3 km from Tha Pae Gate, as well as 3.1 km from Chiang Mai Gate. Great place to stay. Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

Amazing views and sunsets, the cottage is lovely, and has everything it needs. The owner is lovely and sociable, she gave us a lot of recommendations about what to visit and always made sure we were happy and had all we needed.
