Situato nei pressi della Serra da Estrela, questa antica casa padronale ottocentesca vanta arredi storici, accessori artistici e camere a tema che ricordano il vecchio stile di vita. We were not aware that Casa das Obras was a 250 year old manor house. It has been sympathetically renovated with beautiful rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. It has impressive reception areas, and multiple cosy rooms for relaxing. It was centrally heated and spotlessly clean. A magnificent buffet breakfast was included. For warmer weather it has a lovely garden with a swimming pool. The host was on site to greet us, and available throughout our stay for anything we required. We would not hesitate to stay again.

House is very modern with all the conform that you would find on a luxurious Hotel. Located on a privileged spot with mountain view and close to trails that everyone should experience to take the most of the stay. Staff/ Management was 5 stars. Will be back for sure.

Featuring free bikes, garden and views of garden, Be Alva is set in Oliveira do Hospital, 48 km from Manteigas Hot Springs. Cristina was an amazing host. Very friendly and courteous. Every morning for breakfast, we enjoyed a basket with a variety of local products, that was brought to our door. We were also able to make requests at any time, which were dealt with immediately and got really nice recommendations of what to do in the area. The flat is located right by the stream and is perfect if you want to spend a peaceful and relaxing time in the nature. There is also a goat farm right next door, which can be visited, and the view from the apartment as well as the surrounding area is incredible beautiful. We were also able to use the bikes at any time, but a car is still recommended for travelling to the nearby villages and especially the nature reserve, which can both be reached in around 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Be Alva and would always come back!

Situated in Piódão, Love, made in xisto features accommodation with a pool with a view, a balcony and garden views. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of... Fantastic place in the mountains. Located in a schist village in some ways more charming than Piódão. Cozy place with a simple but more than ample breakfast. And all the firewood you could want for the fabulous fireplace. Thanks so much!
