All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

Solar de Santo André er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Ponta Delgada, 12 km frá Pico do Carvao. Það býður upp á útisundlaug og sjávarútsýni. Gististaðurinn státar af sólarhringsmóttöku og sólarverönd.... highly recommend staying at Solar de Santos André! I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

Vila Rosario er staðsett í aðeins 8,5 km fjarlægð frá Pico do Carvao og býður upp á gistirými í Ponta Delgada með aðgangi að garði, verönd og farangursgeymslu. Nice, spacious and comfortable room. Warm welcome on arrival and throughout our short stay. Dedicated parking area. Nice selection for breakfast. Excellent value. Would stay again.

Pico er í 12 km fjarlægð do Carvao, DMCharme býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með svölum. Gistirýmið er með verönd og útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. Gistihúsið býður upp á borgarútsýni. Bed is comfortable. Private bathroom is huge. The host is very attentive and helpful. Daniel helped me with taxi when I was in the middle of the island.

Santa Clara 1828 er staðsett í Ponta Delgada, í innan við 12 km fjarlægð frá Pico do Carvao og 24 km frá Sete Cidades-lóninu og býður upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi. -Spacious, clean, modern -Great location- walking distance to restaurants and stores -Complimentary drinks and local sweet bread

Vila Emigrante er staðsett í Capelas, 6,9 km frá Pico do Carvao, og býður upp á sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Gistirýmið er með loftkælingu og er 15 km frá Sete Cidades-lóninu.... Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

The Homeboat Company Ponta Delgada-Açores er nýenduruppgerður bátur sem er staðsettur í Ponta Delgada, 13 km frá Pico do Carvao og býður upp á sundlaug með útsýni og sjávarútsýni. This was an amazing experience!! I loved every second of it and I absolutely recommend it to anyone that wants something different. The checkin and checkout process is really easy, there's even a video sent about how to do it. There's an underground parking right across the home boats, so it's easy to retrieve the luggage. The homeboat is spotlessly clean and, it is equipped with everything you need. Also, there is someone available at all times via WhatsApp in case you have any questions or needs. The breakfast was sooooo good and fresh every morning, but because the homeboat is in a central location in Ponta Delgada, you have access to everything, in case you want something else. In case you do not want to cook in your homeboat (yes, you can cook as there is a stove, a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine, tea pot, cutlery, pans), there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by. So, all in all, I absolutely loved my experience there. Very unique! Slept like a baby on the rocking waves! Thank you team!!!

Furnas Spring Lodge er nýlega enduruppgert sveitasetur í Furnas og býður upp á garð. Meðal aðstöðu á gististaðnum er sameiginlegt eldhús og reiðhjólastæði, auk ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. Great location. Super clean and well thought out apartment. Great communication with management. Pretty much a perfect example of a small hotel/guesthouse. 100% would stay there again.

CASA DO ADRO -GRANEL býður upp á garðútsýni og gistirými með garði og verönd, í um 27 km fjarlægð frá Pico do Ferro. Gestir geta nýtt sér svalir og útiarin. It was perfect in every sense. The cleanliness, the location, the hospitality, it was all spectacular.

Landescape Furnas í Furnas býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna, þaksundlaug, garð og verönd. Tranquility and privacy Highly recommended Landescape Furnas accomodation for its location, design and privacy.  The place is brand new, well equipped and modern. The team sends the notification with the pass code to enter the facilities. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, beds are comfortable. The breakfast items were sufficient and of a good quality: eggs, butter, milk, fruits, bread, juice, etc. Kitchenette has all necessary supplinces and even more than we expected.  The place is unique and beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sun terrace and views on the hills and green trees as it is located in the middle of nature.  The location is perfect if you would like to explore Furnas (near the Terra Nostra park) and the island.
