Everything. The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

The breakfast was very nice with the other guests. Friendly atmosphere and nice to be part of the hosts home and family.

The place was so beautiful. Eduarda and Maria were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was excellent and our room was so comfortable and clean. We couldn’t have picked a better place to start our vacation in the Azores.

Close to all shops and restaurants and historic buildings. The bed is large, very comfortable, and has good linen. The hospitality is on another level - from the communication to the welcoming, personal touches, spoils, and personal care. You must experience this for yourself, so happy we stayed for 8 days. I wish the hosts well, you're doing a great job!
