All apartment stuff in kitchen, living room, balcony, toilettries, were provided by the owner..and the best, the owner wasn't even bothered about the payment, tough we already checked out. The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.
