I don’t have a car so it is around 10 mins walk to city center and whale watching, 15 mins to supermarket. Close to restaurants and convenience store. Room is spacious with cooking facilities and balcony, and the water pressure is strong. Staff are friendly :) Would love to stay here again when visit Kaikoura next time.

Picton Waterfront Apartments offer spacious, modern, self-contained accommodation in the heart of Picton. location location location. spacious for family and quiet. the fantastic comms with the property. Brandon was totes amazeballs. the view was superb. apt is fab set up for any home cooking if you so desire, or just relaxing.

Delorenzo Studio Apartments offers a heated outdoor pool, on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Studios come with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and a private bathroom. Spacious studio with everything you need for a relaxing stay after doing the Able Tasman Trail. Super comfortable bed. Very clean. Furniture and kitchenware is as good as new. The bathroom is exceptional with a great shower and even a washing machine and dryer. The studio is also quiet - at least if your room, like ours, is not the first one next to the street.

It was a self-contained studio at the back of the owners house. Lots of little extra inclusions that you don't get at most accommodation made the stay wonderful.

It was an absolutely beautiful , well designed unit with an ocean view. Within walking distance of the historic "steam punk" district. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very kind and considerate.
