Wisteria Way er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Opononi þar sem gestir geta nýtt sér garðinn og sameiginlegu setustofuna. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að svölum, ókeypis einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi.... Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

Brockies B and B exceded our expectations! Spacious, calm and comfortable accommodation on the edge of the village. It was a great pleasure to stay in this charming house.

ONEPU MOANA RETREAT Holiday Home is located in Opononi and offers a terrace. With ocean views, this accommodation provides a patio. A stunning place to stay for an extended family who travelled from Taranaki Gisborne and Auckland to attend a marae opening.

Marriner's Boutique Guesthouses í Rawene býður upp á bústaði með ókeypis bílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. Hægt er að fá fullan kvöldverð upp á herbergi gegn beiðni. The guesthouse was stunning with no detail missed. Robyn prepared lamb shanks for us for dinner and they were delicious. Unfortunately we think we stayed at the best accommodation early in our trip and nothing else will begin to compare. Thanks Robyn!

Waiotemarama Falls Lodge er sumarhús í Opononi, 47 km frá Kaitaia. Gestir geta nýtt sér svalir og sólarverönd. Ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum. Húsið er með fullbúið eldhús og þvottahús. This place is outstanding. Such a beautiful setting. Great place to stay.

Hokianga Haven er staðsett í Opononi, 1,8 km frá Opononi-ströndinni og býður upp á veitingastað og sjávarútsýni. We stayed on the basis of self catering. What we loved about the property was that it exceeded our expectations. The position is wonderful with immediate access to the beach. Whilst there are very few facilities for us in this location (it didn’t matter as that’s why we chose to stay there) there was a hotel where we ate it and the two nights we were there and that was extremely good. There was a local shop where we go to get supplies. On a five week trip to New Zealand, this was one of the highlights!
