Arora View ligger i Maafushi, ca. 600 m fra Bikini Strand, og har byudsigt. Overnatningsstedet har restaurant, døgnåben reception, sikkerhedsvagt hele dagen samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Everything, most of all hospitality and support. I am glad that I selected this hotel. I have read the reviews before going and was waiting to have good support from hotel. But Rifu and his team were way more helpful than my expectation. From starting with transfer to hotel, meeting in port by buggy, accomodating and till the transfer back to Male. There are many excursions in island, and the excursion providers which Arora advised are good at their work. We tried approximately all excursions. And there is no price difference. Even the prices in minibar were same as in store. Also Rifu knew that we have two daughters and they prepared painting for them for which I am very appreciated to him and Aashmi who handmade this gift. Again thanks to Rifu and his team (I am bad at remembering the names, so sorry not indicating individually all the team members) Maldives is place which should be experienced.

Seaside Dhigurah ligger ca. 200 m fra Dhigurah North West Beach og har udsigt til haven samt privat strandområde og terrasse. Amazing property on an amazing island. We loved everything there and wished we would have stayed longer. The staff was really friendly and flexible. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The outdoor shower was really cool, the bed huge, the AC good, strong Wifi and there even was netflix on the TV. The front terrace was amazing to relax, and all we needed was provided. The location was good and next to the port and with the bike you can go anywhere on the island. The local Maldivian breakfast and its vegan version were yummy. It's definitely a place we will recommend and would like to stay at again.

Aqua Sunset ligger ud til strandpromenaden i Gulhi og har have og fælles opholdsstue. Ejendommen har udsigt over havet og haven og ligger få skridt fra Gulhi. Outstanding experience! Recommended to anyone who looks for a magical and welcoming place. Literally in front of the sea with an incredible sunset view! The room was super clean; our window was literally in front of the sea! How wonderful! We particularly enjoyed the tables in the shade of a pergola on the beach, just a few meters from the sea, surrounded by many plants. You can even relax directly on deck chairs or swings. We could stay cool even in the hottest hours! The always friendly and helpful staff is the highlight of the place: they picked up our luggage at the port, and always were such kind hosts never letting us lack anything! The all included formula was great: water, juices and drinks always available! The menu is simple but very good. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Our experience - already beyond our expectations - became truly unforgettable when I asked if they could get us a small dessert for dinner to celebrate my partner's birthday; the manager said, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it, it will be unforgettable." And it was! It was a surprise not only for my partner, who knew nothing about it, but also for me! They set up a parasol for us with lights, candles and a "Happy Birthday" sign! They made a delicious chocolate cake especially for us with the name of the birthday boy on it! At some point a storm started and we had to move inside. It was unfortunate, but somehow even more memorable and special, cause the guys never stopped smiling and doing everything to make sure we had a good time and didn't get wet. Such kindness is rare--unique!!! They even didn’t charge us for the cake nor for the special dish which I had requested as an extra from the menu. They said it was my partner’s birthday gift! It’s really rare to find people like that: it makes a stay not only enjoyable, but extraordinary, even better than at a 5-star resort! We’ll definitely recommend it to all friends who want to visit the Maldives!

Tourist Inn Grand ligger i Male by, 1,5 km fra Artificial Beach og 2,9 km fra Villingili Public Beach. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. Staff and pickup/drop off services were extremely friendly and helpful. Food at restaurant was very good. Beds were comfortable and quiet A/C.

Island Ambience ligger i Maafushi, 400 m fra Bikini Strand, og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition og adgang til have. Hotellet har døgnåben reception, familievenlig restaurant og terrasse. Nice staff, very modern room. Loved it!!

Isla Dhiffushi ligger ca. 300 m fra Dhiffushi-stranden og har udsigt over byen. Der tilbydes lufthavnstransport og cykeludlejning. Everything :-). They were so friendly&helpful and looks like a kind of family business what is nice. They even booked the speedboat for me, although I had no clear communication with them upfront (in the end I had a double speedboat booking, which we sorted out :-)), they picked me up at the harbor. I had a room upstairs with a little balcony which was very practical. They offered not only breakfast, but also dinner, both served in a nice courtyard. I joined dinner 2x, was very good and at a fair price. It turned out that they have their own boat. I went on three trips: dolphins, coral garden(saw huge corals, turtles, catain nemo,...)&nurse sharks (I was really frightened, but amazing to do it) and island hopping to Thulusdhoo. Perfect is, you do not have 20 people on the boat, but rather max. 8. On my trips we were max. 4, which is great!! Surprise for me, when we came back from Thulusdhoo (if you don't surf, not really a must, but interesting), they surprised me with another dolphin watching as they thought I dind't see enough dolphins on my first trip with them!!

Unwind Dhigurah er et nyrenoveret pensionat i Dhigurah, hvor gæsterne kan benytte den udendørs swimmingpool, det private strandområde og den fælles opholdsstue. We spent 5 wonderful days at Unwind Dhigurah and only wish we could've spent more time here! There are only 6 rooms in this guesthouse so the service was fantastic as we got individual attention... from arrival to and from Male airport, our breakfast, and our daily excursions. Manoj, the hotel manager, was so pleasant and hospitable. And the staff keeps the place impeccably clean despite the level of sand that can be brought in. Also, we appreciated that the bikini beach was right next to the hotel and there were tasty options closeby. The hotel works with Dhigurah Divers which is a locally family owned business. Sammy, Usa, and the other guys taking us on the excursions know the area very well and we had so much fun seeing whale sharks, manta rays, beautiful fish, sharks, and doing our first discovery dive! Overall, our experience with this hotel exceeded our expectations and we hope to return!

Thoddoo Haisha Inn, Maldives ligger i Thoddoo, tæt på Thoddoo Strand, og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis brug af cykler, privat strandområde, have og terrasse. Mohammed (the owner) is very nice and helps us in many ways around the island. He also answers to our requests and is very kind always. that’s very good. also, the place is very close to the Bikini Beach which is the best (the other one is also beautiful but has rocks so meh). You have to choose one like this which is close to the beach, so that when the heat comes you can get there faster :)

Fairytale Inn ligger i Thoddoo på Ari-atollen, 800 m fra Thoddoo Strand. Der tilbydes indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, grillfaciliteter, privat strandområde og gratis privat parkering. I really liked the owner, location, ambient (garden), dinners - especially vegetable soups and rice with vegetables. Nice fresh juices also. The breakfast was average but ok. Not related to the accommodation: On the beach there are too few sunbeds, many of them are broken. We heard rumors that they are going to asphalt the road, which in my opinion is not the best solution. We really like it the way it is now. There is a lot of trash on the island, something could be done to solve that problem.

Konut by Thakuru har en god beliggenhed i Guraidhoo, omgivet af udsigt over den indre gårdhave. Ejendommen har privat strandområde, have og parkering på stedet. Anees and his family were very friendly and available 24/7 to us. The place is a little oasis surrounded by nature and in a very cozy decoration. He receives hostess at the port and makes sure to facilitate everything before we leave. Breakfast was correct and very convenient considering we were in Ramadan and it was certainly restricted. Outside or the season, I recommend to try more options as the island is very rich in entertainment and cuisine.
