This is a very private, hidden-away location in walking distance to the National Park. In fact, you can't get closer by staying anywhere else--and this means you save time by getting to sleep in during the morning. The host and owner, Leel, doesn't speak much English, but uses Google Translate to always help. The rooms have the best A/C, and with only a few bedrooms on the property, it's very private and great for bird-watching. Simple, efficient, and relaxing.

The homestay provided all the necessities for a pleasant night. Nicest host we’ve ever stayed with. Perfect place to stay overnight when visiting willpattu national park.

Leopard Trails Wilpattu telkidega kämping pakub võimalust tutvuda looduse ja loodusega. Külalistele pakutakse peatumise ajal hommikusööki ning lisatasu eest on saadaval lennujaamatransport. Incredible property, clean and luxurious tents, incredible food, very knowledgeable guides. I highly recommend. Do remember to budget for a game ride($70pp), it's a must see/do.

Big Game - Wilpattu by Eco Team asub Wilpattu rahvuspargi piiril ning pakub avaraid telke, mille juurde kuulub eraldatud vannituba. Staff were incredibly helpful, the tent was clean and comfortable and the food was amazing - especially the candlelit dinner. We did the morning safari and the driver and guide were both excellent, spotting lots of wildlife and giving additional information. Highly recommended!

Mango villa wilpattu asub Kumbichchan Kulama tankist 35 km kaugusel. Majutusruumidel on konditsioneer ja rõdu. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Igal toal on aiavaatega terrass. Really good location close to the national Park. We were originally supposed to stay in Green Sapphire but they let us down a few hours before we were due to arrive (seems they’ve done it a lot looking at the Google reviews), but the Mango Villa team had everything sorted even though we booked just a few hours earlier that day they were still able to organise 2 full day safaris for the following 2 days where we saw all sorts of great wildlife. Staff are all really friendly, especially the man who brings the food across in the evenings (unfortunately I don’t know his name). The food is good especially considering the remote location and nice packed lunches for the safari each day. Definitely the place to stay if you’re planning a Wilpattu safari!

It's a fantastically designed property for the location and the safari was made more enjoyable by the fact that we were staying at this property. The staff member who showed us the property also provided us with meals - he was fantastic. The host communication was also good and made me feel at ease that we would enjoy the safari booked via the host.

Aia ja tasuta eraparklaga Wilpattu Lakwin Guest asub Pahala Maragahawewas, 31 km kaugusel Kumbichchan Kulama tankist ja 32 km kaugusel Jaya Sri Maha Bodhist. The staff was very friendly and helped set up a safari. Make sure to ask about safari price including or excluding the national park fees. The dinner add on was very delicious!
