Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Pearl's Homestay Matale is a recently renovated holiday home situated in Matale, 27 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. Clean place., hospital hosts, beautiful view, huge and deliciois breakfast. I couldn't finish it, although I eat quiet alot.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of river, Riverston Nature Villa is situated in Rattota, 41 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. To be honest this was an amazing place to spend the night in Knuckles . In my vist to Knuckles area (Riverston) I was struggled to find a good place to stay. But I was very fortunate to find accommodation here in Nature Villa. To be honest they provided the best customer service they could provide.(Special tanks to caretaker women Diviya) It's worth that to mention they have some delicious foods too.Thanks a lot Riverston Nature Villa and team for treating so well.I Highly recommend this place for accommodation to everyone who are planning to visit knuckles (Riverston)

First of all, the way to get there already starts the feeling of adventure. A 4×4 vehicle picks you up for an off-road experience. When you arrive an intimate and dedicated staff greets you, the hotel manager welcomes you and explains everything that awaits you while the rest make sure your luggage reaches your tent. The tent has a private toilet and shower with hot water all the time. And their hiking trails are just crazy! The guide who joins you is dedicated and full of knowledge and will take you to magical and stunning places!

Located within 50 km of Kandy City Center Shopping Mall in Matale, Gammaduwa Bungalow features accommodation with seating area. The property features garden and inner courtyard views. Stayed for 3 nights and this was our favourite place during our Sri Lanka trip. Homely feel and amazing food and service. Enjoyed the library and endless cups of excellent tea. Our room was comfortable and clean, lots of hot water. Wifi worked very well in the library area. Tea tasting was interesting and some nice walks in the area. Thanks to Dave and the staff for a memorable stay :)

Situated in Matale, Palapathwela Ross Estate Junction , The Inn at Matale" provides comfortable accommodation for local and foreign travelers alike. Great, very clean place located directly at the Main Street between Matale and Dambulla. Very friendly owner and above-average breakfast with best latte we have had in Sri Lanka.

Plantation Retreat is tucked away in Kandy, just 400 metres from Patanpaha Bus Stand. It welcomes guests with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access. Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

Hatale Tea Estate Bungalow is set amidst lush tea plantations just 1 km from Hatale Tea Centre. This elegantly furnished property features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi access at all areas. The view is breathtaking. Staff was very polite and helpful. Raju, the caretaker, cooked sone delicious meals for us. Try hiking to the mini worlds end at the top of hatale for one of the best view points around.

May mga nakamamanghang tanawin ng kalikasan, nagtatampok ang Strathisla Guest House ng outdoor swimming pool at mga kagamitan para sa barbeque. Super relaxing visit, owner very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner delicious.

Offering a garden and garden view, Irene's Home is located in Matale, 27 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall and 28 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa. We have booked this place for our first night in Sri Lanka. The owner met us on arrival. As it was everything new to us, we had a good few questions and owner couldn't be more than helpful. He advised us on the places we can visit, where to exchange money etc. Communications been very clear. The house is located within working distance to the very busy town, but in the very quiet area, so we had a very good sleep 😁 If you are looking to visit Matale and looking to stay near by highly recommend to stay at this property 👍 This was a first time we saw the monkeys 🤣🤣
