Ace Boutique was a peaceful oasis close to the airport. The staff and owner family are very kind and warm. They always want their guests to be happy and comfortable. They even helped me celebrate my 76th birthday. The mattress was comfortable and the hot shower had good pressure. Restaurants and shopping are close by, however the main road is not pleasant for walking but tuk tuks are always close by and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here at the beginning or end of your trip to Sri Lanka. I’ve already booked 2 nights at the end of my trip!

Very positive person and super friendly. We felt like we know him for years. He made us amazing tea and breakfast! The room was clean, it had all you need. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean and nice. Thank you!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to airport. transfer to the airport was only a few dollars. comfortable bed, great shower, with very hot water. The room and hotel in general is basic, but they have a common area with a fridge, electric kettle, coffee, tea, cups and basic utensils., not for cooking but enough to have cereal, milk and fruits for breakfast. there is a roof top to seat and get fresh air at night. This is an ideal hotel to spend a day if you need to get to the airport, not for longer stays. I really enjoyed my stay there. Grace, from Denver, Colorado, USA

Great place to stay even for a few days. Simple yet comfortable rooms and shared kitchen with everything you need. The owner is very friendly and easy to get on with. Boasting a garden, The Nature Villa & Cabanas is set in Negombo, 2.6 km from St Anthony's Church. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Everything was perfect. The staff is verry freindly. Competitive price and good breakfast 🙂👌🏽
