Amazing stay at Sapphire garden hotel First of all, Wanda and Leo are wonderful persons! They will do everything to accommodate you at the best of their ability. They will make you feel comfortable and make sure you will spend a good time there. Breakfast is big and tasty! Coffee and scramble egg are delicious. The pancake/ doughnuts are super yummy as well. We had dinner at the property. Classic rice & curry fresh and tasty. If you stay there, you got to try it (at least once). The swimming pool is a good addition to the stay! The rooms are large and clean. WiFi is good. Leo helped to arrange tuk-tuk for our drive to Lion rock visit, and also advised eco-park safari, which was a good experience as well. I highly recommend staying there, and will certainly be back on our next visit to Habarana.

Water Front Home Stay is situated in Anuradhapura and offers a garden. The homestay has access to a restaurant. This homestay with garden views has 1 bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. We had an amazing host, Wasanta.He arranged a car from Colombo when we realized there are no trains due to long running engineering work. The car driver, Lailith, was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The homestay itself was comfortable and we'll located to visit local historical sites. We ate breakfast and dinner here each day...vegetarian on our request. All delicious and authentic Sri Lankan. The room had a mosquito net and ac. There was free water provided from a water dispenser in the communal area. Lailith also drove us in his tuk tuk to Minitale and around ancient Anuradhapura. His knowledge really added to the experience. Wasanta was equally knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was very approachable. He arranged a safari to Wilpattu National Park. He taxied us there and back, arranged an excellent safari jeep driver with homemade breakfast and lunch provided. The highlight was seeing a leopard but also lots of other species of animal. Wasanta also arranged a taxi to Haberana with a wonderful Dambulla excursion on the way. We would highly recommend the homestay.

The newly build cottage is very comfortable all we could wish for to rest after some tiring travels days. But the best was the family and its hospitality. The received our family with two small girls as part of their family and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended. For the price...can't go wrong!

במקום האירוח Ceylonima Home Stay יש נוף לגן, אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם וחניה פרטית בחינם, והוא שוכן באנוראדפורה, במרחק של 2.6 ק''מ מAttikulama Tank. מפה וקנג'י הם הזוג החביב ביותר, מיד עם ההגעה נותנים תחושה שאתם בבית. בערב בראשון הכנו עם קנג'י ארוחת ערב, הבהרתי שביתי ואני לא אוכלות חריף. אבל ה"לא חריף" שלהם היה חריף מדי עבורנו, למרות שהכל היה נראה טעים מאוד טעמנו רק מעט, הם לא חייבו אותנו עבור הארוחה, זה לא מובן מאליו. בערב בשני הארוחה היה מושלמת!!!! ליקקנו את האצבעות. בעיר העתיקה ומיניטלה טיילנו עם אח של מפה, בעל הידע המדהים, הוא ידע להיות גם גמיש מול הסבלנות של ביתי בת ה 13. היה פשוט תענוג!!! ביום השני אירגנו לנו הסעה וסיור בפארק הלאומי Wilpattu, היה מופלא וראינו נמר! מקום מופלא

Everything very clean and always offering me coffee and tea. The owner was very attentive at all times, very friendly and willing to recommend. He helped me organize my visit there and even the rest of the trip. He's even starting to learn Spanish. Views of the lake with a large number of birds, very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They are all very welcoming . The friendliest Sri Lankians I’ve met during me three weeks travels. My room was recently renovated. The other sitting area is cosy and comfortably. Fonseka and his family are always at your service. I’d recommend everyone to visit Anuradhapura only to stay with Fonseka.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our hosts helped us with planning the visit to the monuments. We highly recommend booking a tuk tuk ride for the evening ceremony, it is an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much also for the ride to the bus station and catching the bus to Dambulla on time when it was just leaving. If you don't know where to stay, we recommend booking accommodation here.
