It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a cosy terrace with a beautiful view on the Mekong River. The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants. It is a bit more pricy then other stays, but definitely worth it!
