Tonle Mekong Homestay er staðsett í Krong Kracheh í Kratie-héraðinu, 12 km frá Phnom Sambok-pagóðunni og 38 km frá 100-Column-pagóðunni. We loved this homestay, and really felt part of the family in an authentically Cambodian neighbourhood - just out of town, but still convenient. Sok and his family were wonderful and went beyond the call of duty in their care and help. We had fabulous food here too, our best in Cambodia, eventually only eating here! (Good for vegetarians too!) We highly recommended this homestay especially if ‘real’ is what you are looking for!

The hotel is facing the Mekong river and offers views of the most spectacular sunsets from the front balconies. There are chairs to sit and enjoy and hear the hustle of the charming town, Kracheh. The hotel is on the “main drag” and it is easy to walk basically everywhere. My room was large, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a place to keep my clothes, and a basic but charming little private bathroom. This is a training hotel for youth who want to get into the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Even if many are novices in their roles, the enterprise runs smoothly. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant also provides well-prepared meals at a reasonable cost. I had a very nice fish dish for lunch there. The value for the money is excellent and you are contributing to the economic and social advancement of the community. It’s a win-win. In enjoyed my stay in Kracheh and it was memorable in large part bc of this hotel.

The hotel occupies a fabulous renovated 1940s building in the center of town - - the architecture and vintage decor evoke the mystique of the colonial period. The rooftop bar is perfect for enjoying the sunset. The owner and staff were very welcoming.

HeangKanha GuestHouse er staðsett 11 km frá Phnom Sambok-pagóðunni og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu og svölum. Gististaðurinn státar af öryggisgæslu allan daginn og sólarverönd. The owner is very sweet and the room was clean and cozy. Beds are confortable and the location is good. Highly recommended!

Arun Mekong Guesthouse er staðsett innan um gróskumikla náttúru Kratie, í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Wat Chong Koh Pagoda og Kbal Koh Pagoda. Það er með sólarhringsmóttöku og ókeypis bílastæði. Very respectful host in a very honest and well taken care of place. Simple wood construction, spacious and ventilated.
