民宿 和合 Minshuku WAGO situa-se em Tanabe, a 2 minutos a pé de Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art e a 29 km de Sala de Espetáculos Kamitonda. Perfect stay, on my way on Kumano Kodo. This place is perfectly located to have a one-night stop between Takijiri and Hongu. Ike is a very welcoming host, and speaks very well English! He and his wife are two great cookers, as I had the chance to try their dinner/breakfast/luck box. I truly recommend! Thanks a lot! :)

AJITO Hostel & CafeBar encontra-se em Shingu, a 6 minutos a pé de Shingu Castle Ruins Park, e apresenta acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito e um bar. Very clean and modern, excellent quality amenities were provided. Everything was done with a lot of thought and care. I felt so relaxed to arrive after a long travel day to a place so comfortable. Loved the pajamas too. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating - we went to his restaurant for dinner and the food was amazing and everyone was sooo welcoming

高野山 宿坊 大明王院 -Koyasan Shukubo Daimyououin- situa-se em Monte Koya, a 39 km de Kishi Station e a 45 km de Matsushita Park. Silence and temple atmosphere. And food was just great :) Unforgetable experience.

Em Monte Koya, a 45 km de Matsushita Park, 高野山 宿坊 龍泉院 -Koyasan Shukubo Ryusenin- apresenta vistas do jardim. Adorei a experiência de ficar alojada num templo. Jardim e salas lindíssimas. Muito bem cuidado e limpo. Ambiente especial muito sossegado e relaxante. Quarto muito amplo, bem decorado. Comida maravilhosa numa sala particular em frente ao jardim. Cerimônia matinal dos monges inesquecível. Onsen novo e excelente.

宿坊 光明院 encontra-se em Monte Koya, a 39 km de Kishi Station e a 45 km de Matsushita Park. It was my first time staying in a temple. The whole experience was excellent (meditation, morning ceremony and homa ceremony). The monks were very helpful. Everything was very clean. My stay was during winter and my room was heated, which made it comfortable. The food (dinner and breakfast) was great.

I have stayed in quite a few places in Japan but this is my favorite for so many reasons: - You are staying in a temple monastery and you can see and feel that everywhere. You are staying in a piece of history. - the graveyard is one minute walking away (I went there three times in different times of the day) - you get a free tour of temple, can attend the morning prayer and a fire ceremony - the staff was super kind and some spoke very good English - I could check in early - the food is something very different than usual - there is an Onsen instead of a traditional shower room (bathing hours are limited see below) - the wifi is good

Surf Imin G-Sun encontra-se em Wakayama, a 2 km de Kasai Park, e apresenta acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito, um jardim e um terraço. The host was really cool and we could tell he is a very welcoming and warm-hearted soul. We appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the place. We really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub that felt brand new. It is also a convenient 10-minute walk to the beach! The host took some memorable pictures of us, which we also really appreciate. This is a special place ran by a genuine, down-to-earth host. Thank you G-Sun for creating a lovely Wakayama experience!
