There’s also a comprehensive English version on how to use all equipment so everything was so easy to use. Big bed, lounge, walk in dresser, fridge, microwave, stove and laundry all works well. They even have a documented staff recos on restaurants, etc. Toiletries/towels/detergent are available near lobby if you need more. Everything about this hotel was well thought of and I truly appreciated every detail. 100% highly recommended!

Well set in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, Minn Sanjo is set less than 1 km from Shoren-in Temple, a 11-minute walk from Gion Shijo Station and 1.4 km from Heian Shrine. The overall experience from Check in to check out was seamless. You can do it without even speaking to anyone, less the initial check in call. The facilities are new and up to date. The room size is very generous and the quality of finishing were modern. The only thing to note is the relatively small size walk ways and the direction of door opening which would restrict your path. Other than that, it was an Amazing stay, quiet yet convenient location to the hustle bustle of gion

Attractively set in the Higashiyama Ward district of Gionmachi, Minn Gion is situated 300 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto, 600 metres from Gion Shijo Station and less than 1 km from Shoren-in Temple. Excellent location, very clean and the size of the room is much bigger than average in Japan. The kitchen was well equipped and the personnel always available upon request. I strongly recommend this place and do not hesitate to visit the small Nigiri food place opposite to Lawsons konbini just around the corner.

Located in Kyoto, 1.1 km from Nijo Castle and 1.7 km from the centre, Rinn Shiki Juraku provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. Absolutely loved the character and charm of the hotel, the facilities, the lounge area for breakfast/evening drinks, ease of use of the washer/dryer that was there. The hotel was in a quiet residential section of Kyoto, yet access to Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and downtown Kyoto was very easy and within a 15 minute walk. Access to the train stations and Uber/Taxi's were equally easy. Amazing local restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel - highly recommend Daigan around the corner for an amazing sushi with an engaging/entertaining/welcoming chef.

In the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kyoto International Manga Museum, 谷町君・星屋旅館・神泉ノ宿 二条城 has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed as a family. It was clean and tidy and secure. The staff cleaning and looking after the property were friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sorted it out immediately.
