My party had mechanical failure with one of our bikes when we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, and Ono-san went completely above and beyond to help us solve the problem and get where we wanted to go. Located a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride from JR Kochi Station north exit, Katsuo Guest House offers Japanese-style dormitory rooms with air conditioning. very nice place, well situated. The host was super nice and the bed comfy. everything is well decorated with taste. highly recommended.

Just beside the Aso Submersible Bridge. The quality of the house is so excellent that it is too underrated and the photos don’t do justice. The actual house seems to be so better and witty visiting.

It's a very beautiful house, all quite new. very cosy to sleep upstairs under the roof :) it smells fantastic wood and the surrounding is so beautiful. close to the river all you hear is nature.... it was one of our favourite stays. the owners are amazing, too. we were even allowed to join a cross fit session and the long exchanges we had about japanese culture were super interesting. our son was amazed to find nice children to play with :) we'd highly recommend :)
