Rarely have I been in an accommodation in which I felt so welcomed and received such special treatment. We shared food, drinks and interesting conversations together! They also have a farm and vegetable shop nearby, so we enjoyed their delicious produce, including organic eggs. This is a countryside stay, recommended for those who want to a true local experience.

Just stayed at this ryokan and honestly had the best experience! The ryokan is owned by a hospitable couple that speaks English perfectly, of which one is a former photographer and the other is a former chef. The latter can be enjoyed to the fullest as they offer dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed the food so much, that I dare say it is one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. They use ingredients from their own field in the backyard, which made them fresh and with a lot of flavor. The countryside is also the view for most of the rooms with big windows to enjoy the morning sun. They were also flexible and made me breakfast even though I had to leave really early. I think it is clear that I recommend this ryokan and would love to come back.
