Open from 2015, Cinnamon Guesthouse Dogo offers female only and mixed dormitory rooms with free WiFi. Dogo Onsen Station is a 4-minute walk away. The staff greeted us with shaved ice cream and was very nice and helpfull. The shared space is nice and has everything you need. If you plan to visit go the bamboo forest near the hostel, ask the owner about it!

She also left delicious clementines in the room for us and gave us a gift when we left. The room itself was very comfortable. The towels and yukata were the most comfortable we had in Japan. Relaxing in the middle of the nature. This house is big, clean, warm and beautiful. Nice host, he’s very helpful. A bit cold at night. You need to prepare food since the nearest town is far from this place.

Great place in a quiet town. Would need to take a bus or train from Uwajima. Schedule is not regular but easy enough to navigate. Space is large and very well thought out with sleeping room, hang out lounge and nice kitchen with table and chairs. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great place to base for walks in area. Huge bonus was Izakaya down the street. Super refined and tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

Set in Imabari, 37 km from Saikokuji Temple and 37 km from Senkoji Temple, Guesthouse Farmor - Vacation STAY 15083v offers air conditioning. We slept there one night as a couple while riding the Shimanami Kaido. The guesthouse is conveniently located, it has everything you would need, and the room & beds are comfy. Unfortunately I injured my foot and could not ride my bicycle the next day, and Atsuko went out of her way to help us go on to our next location. She makes you feel welcome and speaks good english. I hope to come and stay there again!
