I like the guesthouse is surrounded by the nature, the closest train station is Asamushi station, it’s about 5-6 stops away from Aomori station. The guesthouse owner Taku can offer pick-up/drop-off at Asamushi station. BTW, Asamushi is famous for onsen(hot spring). Since the house is in the middle of nature so there’s no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but you can purchase dinner and breakfast, Taku’s wife, Kaori, makes very delicious and healthy food, must try it!

The Hosts were super friendly and caring people. They like to make jokes and we had some interesting conversations. The cats couldn't be more cute :) By train its not far to Hirosaki. Go there for the cherry blossom festival - it was great for us.

Dikelilingi oleh alam yang subur di Gunung Hakkoda, Tsuta Onsen Ryokan menawarkan pemandian air panas, masakan Jepang, dan antar-jemput gratis ke/dari Shichinohe-Towada. I think it’s the most beautiful and charming hotel we stayed at so far! The rooms and onsen are just stunning, traditional looking but extremely clean and well maintained. The women’s bath is incredible, very high ceiling and you get the impression to go back in time a few centuries. The staff was exceptional, making us feel very welcome and comfortable, so friendly and helpful. The food was michelin standard, and the ryokan is basically in the middle of a beautiful forest - everything was perfect!! Thank you so much!
