We went with 7 people, including two elderly relatives. The hotel was able to meet all of our needs to make sure that the older people's needs for less stairs and private rooms were met. The receptionist was very kind and willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The breakfast was outstanding. The recommended parking garage was easy to walk to and very secure. We booked three rooms and each one was very comfortable and well-appointed with a great bed and a very nice bathroom that had excellent water pressure and modern fittings.

I liked the history of this Masseria, it was sensitively restored to make a wonderful place to stay. It is well positioned, only a few minutes drive from the city of Matera, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Pasquale is a super host and always available to provide information and advice on what to see and what you can visit in the area. A special mention to the breakfast which surpassed our expectations with locally sourced and home made produce.
