A complimentary upgrade to a spacious apartment with a terrace surprised us, and witnessing the northern lights outside our door was pure magic. The panoramic view of Kirkjufell mountain and the surrounding landscape made our stay unforgettable. Reception staff, efficient and warm during check-in and check-out, left a lasting impression. Regrettably forgetting the name, the woman at check-out shared valuable tips for our Icelandic adventure. We love her! Room amenities exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Very charming historical Icelandic house, turned into a guesthouse. Our room was big enough, with a comfortable bed and nice views. Loved the shared dinning area, and the reading room. Good breakfast. The bookstore in the ground floor has plenty of old-style and well chosen products, plus an array of books about Iceland and the Westfjords.

Hvammur 4 with private hot tub (Fagurgali) is set in Drangsnes. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The holiday home has a picnic area and a hot tub. This was one of the most beautiful stays while travelling Iceland. It is set pretty much in the middle of nature and the house was quite big for two people and nicely furnished. The hot tub with naturally hot water was also just an incredible add-on. Would absolutely go there again and also for longer.

Situated in Snæfellsbær in the West Iceland region, Nátthagi Luxury Cottage features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property features mountain and lake views. It was really well thought out setup, with all the nice little touches you need after a long day out, plus the fresh eggs from the owners farm were delicious! The rooms were all clean and comfortable and a good base for exploring the peninsula. Kids loved seeing the animals in the working farm.
