Very good location. Just rent a bike from the opposite shop of the hotel. I hired an Activa for just Rs.250 per day. Calungute beach is very near. Baga is also very near. Lot of shops and eating options. Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. Huge menu with loads to choose from and breakfasts included in the room we're great. Laundry service was effortless and quick. Room service was brilliant. One of the best places we have ever stayed and I would recommend to anyone.

Owner was present and see ourselves a smooth check in..showed everything how things works in the apartment..like Ac, TV, geyser, kitchen, etc.. Very friendly guy.. While we are checking out, He even helped us to book the taxi to airport at very reasonable price.. Will definitely comes back here for my next Goa visit..
