Featuring city views, Or Gani features accommodation with patio, around 23 km from Massada. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The proprietress was simply wonderful, She was very communicative and had lovely treats for our arrival. She had lovely art pieces of her own throughout the apartment. We later found her art exhibited in a local museum. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Located in quiet surroundings in Arad, Dead Sea Sun Guest House provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. A great location to use to see all the sites around the Dead Sea. Parking outside the door is easy, a good bed but they are singles, a good sized fridge, a two burner stove, enough cookware and plates and cups. We had oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea. We were surprised by a bottle of wine! What a treat ! The shower had good pressure and lots of hot water and the air conditioning and heat were great. Quiet and easy to find, everything went well. A 25-minute drive from the Dead Sea, the Yehelim Boutique Hotel lies on the outskirts of Arad. It offers spacious rooms with a spa bath and private balcony with views of the desert. Nice location and view. But the best is the staff! If you are fed up with unfriendly hotel staff in Israel this is the the oasis you are looking for. Only hotel in Israel we felt genuinely welcomed as guests and not considered as a walking cash-machine. If we return to Israel to enjoy spring weather in the desert this is the place.

Located in the Kana`im Valley, Kfar Hanokdim - Glamping & Camping is set in a Bedouin-style encampment village surrounded by palm trees. Unfortunately, we were there when the war broke out in Israel but they offered us to stay as long as we needed with no extra cost so we could keep safe. They invited us for a bonfire, to walk around, and to drink some beers so we felt relaxed and at home. We can't thank Kfar Hanokdim enough for everything they did for us. We made really good friends and I hope to be back soon. תודה רבה.
