Situated right in the heart of the village, we are surrounded by great pubs and restaurants, all within 2 mins walking distance. Access to the beach was great, location to explore Achill Island. View on the sea from the room. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was good (choice, taste, etc, ...). Host is very friendly and helpful for infos.

All units in the bed and breakfast are fitted with a flat-screen TV. At the bed and breakfast, units come with bed linen and towels. Just exceptional Sinead was a very warm and welcoming hostess with deep roots in the area. Breakfasts were great, the house and grounds were beautiful with lovely views. Sinead even did our laundry providing us with clean , pressed and folded clothing within hours, which we did not expect. Best stay of our 3 weeks in Ireland.

Hy Breasal B&B is situated close to the end of the Great Western Greenway, which is a 42 km-long route for walkers and cyclists. Free on-site parking is available and shops & bars can be found in the surrounding village. The woman Marie who ran the b&b was very helpful in going out of her way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. She provided a lot of information on the different parts of the island and always made sure you had a full breakfast to set you up for the day
