They recommended nearby restaurants and even took us to one on the first night, and helped arrange baggage transfer to a taxi on our last night after we checked out.

Mohammed is so kind and he and all of the staff really made my stay something special. Staying here was a major highlight of my trip to Luxor. I am so grateful for every part and felt at home. In November/December we stayed three weeks in the beautiful Blue Nile House in a great apartment: spacious, clean, with three balconies and great views over grasslands, corn and rice fields, and the river Nile. Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. The somewhat remote location of the hotel (distance to the ferry is 2,8 km) guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and excursions by car, and there are lots of tuktuks on the road. We hired two bikes for three weeks at Mohammed Satohe’s ‘Bicycles for hire’ in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temples and tombs on the West Bank, following good Dutch tradition. We highly recommend Blue Nile House, for it is the perfect place to stay on the West Bank of Luxor. Thank you Sayed, Abdellah, Ahmed, and Karim for these wonderful three weeks! We definitely recommend it to everyone. *The place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. *They offer food from a close by restaurant and it is delicious. *The pool is well keep and it is great for relaxing. *The location is the perfect middle point to everything (Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens is 10-15 minutes drive. Within 15 minutes walk you get to the harbor where you can cross by boat directly to Luxor temple or Karnak Temple). We both felt extremely welcome. Mahmoud, Mohammed and Ibrahim were amazing hosts, they speak good English and are very kind. Casa Loko can also arrange different tours for you.

Everything about Luxor Villa Hatshepsut was perfect. Firstly, the villa is stunning & immaculate. The grounds are well maintained, with beautiful Egyptian art decor,colourful and spacious. The interior is amazing, the rooms are humongous, well ventilated with high ceilings, very large bathrooms & everything a guest would need. The villa is also very safe & secure with cctv cameras all around the property for an extra sense of security. All historic sites in Luxor are nearby including The Valley Of The Kings, The Temples etc while the hot air balloon rides are mere stones throw away.
