Boasting lake views, Near the lake apartment with hot tub and sauna features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 50 km from Ruins of the Viljandi Order Castle. everything was as expected, checking into the room was not difficult, everything was explained over the phone. in the evening we enjoyed playing in the large open hall with our family, and then visited the sauna. The room is clean and comfortable, good bed, but the pillows are small (but this is not for everybody, we found them small). The children slept on the sofa, there was enough space for everyone.

The apartment was very nice and cosy, designed with good taste and equipped with everything you would need when staying there. Very well thought through. The building from outside may seem run down but the apartment is really nice. The host emailed us very clear instructions. We had very comfortable stay.

Situated in Otepää, 44 km from University of Tartu Natural History Museum and 45 km from Tartu Town Hall, Külmamäe puhkemaja offers a garden and air conditioning. Sauna and fireplace included in the price. We were so lucky with weather, surrounded by snow and hills. Rooms were warm when we arrived, plenty of dishes to make family dinner/breakfast. Very responsive owners. Definitely will visit again. ❤️
