The AC , spacious rooms with big bathroom , the hot shower , the pool , breakfast and ofcourse the beautifull garden . It really felt like a home . The location is great and the surroundings are nice and quiet . There is Uber in puerto plata so very easy to travel with or to the centre . The hotel looks like an old castle / palace . Loved it !

Danièle is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She goes out of her way to answer any questions you might have, both before and after you have arrived. I arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve. She gathered some solo travelers from the hotel and took us for a drive and walk around town. Then she managed to find one of the few restaurants that were open, where we all had a lovely meal together. The hotel is very cozy and homey, with a large rooftop, a terrace, and a garden.

Fantastic stay - we loved everything about B&B Pavillion. The location was great, close to several beaches and restaurants, the room was clean and spacious, the communal areas were great and Christina was fantastic. Highly recommend!
