The apartment has a bottle of water, towels, very comfortable matress, beach towels(!), all necessary kitchen utensils, and a new air conditioner. The apartment has good windows that block out most of the street noise, you just need to close them. The transfer from and to the airport was excellent and I also had a private tour of the island with the driver Jaime..

The building has extra security on the ground floor. The beach was very close (less than 10 minutes by walking). Getting to the center of Santa Maria was easy too (15-20 minutes by walking).
