The hosts are wonderful. There are only two rooms and the other room was empty when we stayed there, so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was like living in a house in middle of forest. I especially loved the big outdoor kitchen. Amazing thing was that Wi-Fi was also quite good in the middle of forest. They also let us ride their horses for free. Breakfast was also amazing. Will definitely go back to stay here.

This place is authentic, the family is so beautiful and nice. We love the honest and the calme ambiance! Nothing is too much, everything is simple but juste pure. The night tour was beautiful, so we'll explained, and very interesting. The welcoming totally perfect even if we booked last minute. And the breakfast... Just incredible. Not only because of the food, it was very good and gluten free for me, which can be complicate sometimes, but mostly because of the mother. The is a beautiful soul, full of love and kindness. Thank you for everything!

Bellissima casa coloniale con parco, costruita 150 anni fa e tenuta molto bene, bisognerebbe andare anche solo per vederla. Camera grande e pulita, anche il bagno, 🛀 n generale tutto molto ordinato e bello, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo.

Casa Ecológica - Sarapiqui is a holiday home featuring a garden with a terrace, located in La Virgen. The property features views of the mountains and is 49 km from San José. Very nice hosts! The house is just amazing, with hammocks on the balcony and hummingbird all around the garden. We enjoyed the food served for dinner, it was delicious.

Welcome to Casa Familiar La Tortuga, your home away from home in Barva de Heredia! The owners welcomed us into their home. The room was very spacious and clean with a good size balcony. Excellent breakfast.

Located in Vara Blanca and only 15 km from Poas National Park, Deluxe boutique lodge provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The Deluxe Boutique Lodge was perfect in so many ways. We booked this location to be close to Poas National Park and La Paz Waterfall Garden. It was 20 minutes to one and 10 to the other. Walter met us at the property even though due to weather and construction we were about an hour late. He also became our lifesaver that day. Again, due to weather, a family member was delayed arriving into San Jose. Walter volunteered to drive down to San Jose and pick her up. The property is located on the main road into the small village of Vara Blanca, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Lodge is super clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the WIFI very good and the huge TV was a welcome diversion during the stormy weather. We do not hesitate to recommend this property

Situated in Heredia, within 40 km of Poas National Park and 13 km of Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium, Casa del Café - Loft features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests... We just stayed one night on our way from the caribean side to Monteverde and did not expect to stay in such an exceptional accomodation. The owners were very welcoming, served a tasty healthy breakfast personally in their beautiful villa with so much history. We spent a wonderful morning in the lovely big garden with many birds and their nice and well educated dogs. We can recommend this very special amiable apartments.
