The location is great, very close to restaurants and the beach but also quiet. It's nice to have a living room + kitchen and balconies. Beds were comfortable + AC in the bedrooms is enjoyable. There is everything in the flat if you need to cook.

We for sure will always remember our stay at Palmetto, the great bed and shower, the fine breakfasts and and refined suppers, Markus' choice of wines, Ewa's advice and kindness and of course the pool and the sunsets. Playa San Miguel is one of the best beaches around.

Located less than 1 km from Potrero Beach, LA QUEBRADA ECO LODGE Hotel Boutique offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Great little, quiet, and very charming eco lodge / huts with a great pool. Site was finished with classic Spanish finishings. Loved it. Next time I will book two independent huts to support our party of two couples.

Set in Tamarindo, Favela Chic Tamarindo - Adults Only offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Loved the space. Very spacious rooms. The garden is beautiful!! Very Instagram place and it was very quiet away from the hustle and bustle from tamarindo but you can get a cab there for 5€. It beside a surfer beach. There was also free bikes at the property which was so key and the owner was sooo nice too! Helped us alot with all our queries and was very helpful. Would deffo stay again!

Offering a garden and lake view, La Ceiba Tree Lodge is situated in Tilarán, 41 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 17 km from Venado Caves. We spent three days in the Ceiba Tree Lodge. What a marvelous place to spend your holidays. A beautiful garden, a perfect and private house. The breakfast was every morning again a surprise and the dinner was of a high standard. Everything fresh and very tasteful! The owners are friendly and very helpful! A place we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family!

Daniel and Charlotte are great hosts, they even made us homemade swiss bread. The place is great, clean, and very well located. Completely recommended.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi, Horizon Lodge Potrero provides accommodation in Potrero. All units feature a satellite flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a fully equipped... They've done a wonderful job with this property! This was our 8th accommodation on this trip to Costa Rica, and it had the best of all worlds. Quiet enough to feel remote, but connected to groceries, gas, and services in town. Fantastic A/C in the common space and both bedrooms. A thorough cleaning job, enough towels for a family of 4 (including pool towels), and a very well-equipped kitchen. The owners were so kind to accommodate early check-in so that our young daughters could get settled; they even brought them a high chair and kids' chairs, which they adored! The view from the pool is gorgeous and we appreciated the little outdoor gym, too. We watched the cleaning team wipe down outdoor railings and dust off loungers. They're clearly taking pride in keeping this place up. We would definitely stay again!
