Location was great and in the central part of the island. The room was very spacious and in immaculate condition. The shower was big and rainfall type. Overall great condition and superb value. The hosts Celine and her husband were awesome and super friendly - giving us tips on food and tours. They also picked us up and dropped us at the airport with a smile.

Camping Hostal Tipanie Moana Aeropuerto Centro offers accommodations both in bedrooms and tents in Hanga Roa, Easter island. Free WiFi access is mostly available, and the property offers free parking.... Lovely relaxed place to stay close to the airport and Hanga Roa. Stayed in a double room - very comfortable with shared bathroom and shower which was perfect. Good kitchen facilities too - clean and well organised. Was met at the airport by Benjamin with a garland of flowers and he dropped us off also free of charge. Benjamin organised for us to experience Kari Kari a cultural dance performance which was fantastic and also a tour around the island. Beautiful scenery and the Moai are incredible. Would also recommend renting a car just to go at your own pace and go for a swim at Anakena beach which is beautiful. Be aware that you can only visit the moai sites with a guide and at $80 usd for the ticket this does seem a little restrictive - nothing to do with the property at all but feedback for the tourist powers that be.

Our hosts, Lucy and Juan were wonderful. They picked us up at the airport and took us back no extra charge. We were greeted with warm smiles and leis. They drove us through town with stops to the tourist center to get our park permit and to Tahai. They answered every question we had in WhatsApp using Google Translate since they spoke Spanish and only understood some English. The bed was comfortable with a linen change middle of our stay. The high temperature was about 75 F (24 C) in mid-February and opening the windows and turning on a small fan was enough to feel comfortable. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, dishes and pans enough for us to cook our meals. The studio apartment was a good value.

The hosts Francisco and Sonia were very welcoming and helpful, they did their very best to make my stay very comfortable, also to advise and make connections for guided tours (you need to have a guide and a Park Permit to go to the archeological sites). The hostal is very centrally located in the town area, but is very quiet within its own substantial garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommended !
