Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. Kevin and his lovely wife ( Ann ) were amazing and very nice and helpful with sharing information about the areas attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with private parking and within walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. Housed in a 19th century building in Niagara Falls, Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms with an upper balcony enjoy a view of the Niagara Gorge. Great location. Riverfront and close enough to walk to Falls on both sides. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to any request.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. All: B&B is in a good position if you want to visit Niagara Falls (only 8/10 minute walk). Breakfast was so delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. Alice is very nice, gentle and she give some tips about what see during our stay.
