Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

The house is incredibly charming, breakfast is excellent and Jamie and Dan are very friendly and helpful hosts! From the house we could walk to all there is to see in Niagara Falls, simply perfect!

Great location. Riverfront and close enough to walk to Falls on both sides. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to any request.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. The hostess was very nice and cooked a great breakfast. Spacious room with a nice patio/balcony. Good location - nice and quiet, but still only a few minutes' walk from the waterfall/the tourist strip.

Excellent situation within walking distance to the falls, very friendly host, nice and spotless room, delicious breakfast. And I was even allowed to use the kitchen in the evenings. I can thoroughly recommend the place.

This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.

The accommodation was in a nice quiet area, which was an easy walk to the Falls area and public transport.Breakfast was lovely. Our host was very knowledgeable, and we have no hesitation in recommending this property. We hope to return one day as this was the nicest B & B we have ever stayed in
